Athletic Physicals: 
Any West Central student interested in participating in athletic activities during the 2011-2012 school year must submit a completed physical form to the administration office.  Students will not be allowed to practice or compete until a physical form is on file.  If you have any questions, please contact Jody Driscoll, 528-6236.
